    Step 1

    素鸡肉买回来解冻,用一点油煎香。Defrost the mock chicken, fry with some oil.

    Step 2

    用芝麻油爆香文冬姜和芫荽。Heat some sesame oil in wok, saute Bentong ginger and coriander leaves till fragrant.

    Step 3

    把煎香的素鸡摆盘,将酱料淋在上面即可。Arrange the mock chicken on plate and pour the sauce over the chicken and serve.
